Steps and actions for contracting your Shop or Portal.

• Carefully read the characteristics, conditions and costs on the previous page.
• Fill in the form for contracting your Shop or Portal.
• Attach -either by regular mail or by e-mail in linked files - all the graphical information that in your opinion best shows the colours and corporate image of your business: letter forms, business cards, leaflets showing image(s) of your company, your logo, etc. This information will be used by our designers to inspire the customisation of your shop or portal.
• We will get in touch with you after a few days to show you your new shop or portal under construction.
• Inspect it carefully to discover any mistakes or omissions.
• You must also contact your bank to request your TPV-Virtual.
• In a few days your shop will be available on the NET so thatyou can begin to publish your pages and contents.
• After it is on the NET, if you have any questions concerning the user of your shop our technical staff will be available for support on the telephone no. 902157582 from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m..
• Your shop or portal will be installed on the Internet under your own domain (included FREE in this offer for the first year).
• Your shop will be included in a large Internet shopping mall, where you can benefit from the synergy and drawing power of serveral hundred shops arranged in virtual neighbourhoods, streets and squares.

Form of Payment:

• Billing and payment of 50% (345.10 euros, VAT included) upon delivering your Shop/Portal under construction.
• Billing and payment of 50% (345.10 euros, VAT included) upon the final publishing of your shop/portal on the Internet.
• First monthly payment and SIGNATURE, UPON DELIVERING THE FIRST TESTS OF YOUR SHOP/PORTAL, of eleven bills of exchange, each for an amount of 138.73 euros (VAT included).
  The first one will be due after thirty days; the remaining ones will be due subsequently at thirty day intervals.
• The following monthly payments (after the first year) shall be paid by debiting the bank account you provide of the invoices delivered, for an amount of 29.45 euros + VAT.
